Ben Dohrmann and Seth Cuddeback met on a cucumber farm in western Massachusetts when they were 14. They began making movies together shortly thereafter. In 2010, their short film Kelp premiered at SXSW and won the Philadelphia Film Festival's grand jury prize for best narrative short. The Best and Worst Days of George Morales' Unnaturally Long Life is their second film, a true labor of love that has kept their bank accounts empty for nearly three years.
If careers in film don't work out, Ben and Seth plan on returning to western Massachusetts, where there's a cucumber farm that's always looking to hire.
